Job summary

English Heritage at Pendennis Castle is seeking a Project Co-ordinator for our Pendennis Keep Connections National Lottery Heritage Fund project. The role is 18 hours per week on a fixed-term contract to November 2027.

You will provide project support, coordinate the wider project team, manage actions and meetings, and help keep timelines and budgets on track. Some travel to Pendennis Castle may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative experience with ability to plan and organise to deadlines.
• Experience in project management or similar in design/construction/heritage/estates management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literacy including advanced MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support for Pendennis Keep Connections National Lottery Heritage Fund project.
• Coordinate meetings, track actions, timelines and budgets.
• Support multiple teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Travel to Pendennis Castle for meetings as needed.
