They are looking for an outgoing and ambitious Heritage Planner to join their growing Leeds team. The company works on a wide variety of projects throughout the UK.

Duties:

1. Undertaking planning appraisals
2. Assisting with heritage planning appeals
3. Providing support for the preparation of major planning applications
4. Researching and assessing technical information, data, and surveys

You will be responsible for the conservation and management of heritage sites such as historic buildings, landscapes, museums, ancient monuments, and other properties.

You:

• Hold a relevant degree in Town Planning
• Are MRTPI qualified or working towards this
• Have at least 2 years of industry experience

The company is offering the successful candidate a starting salary between £30,000 and £40,000.
