• HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in landscape management or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of landscape conservation and grounds maintenance.
• Strong contract and contractor management skills.

• Lead landscape management and grounds maintenance across the Kent & East Sussex portfolio.
• Coordinate maintenance, projects and day-to-day service priorities.
• Manage landscape contracts and budgets, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Maintain asset information and records in line with health and safety policies.
