Job summary

The Royal Parks is seeking a Project Manager (Capital Works) on a permanent, full-time basis, 36 hours per week, to lead high-profile heritage restoration and construction projects across London's eight Royal Parks.

You will manage projects from feasibility through to completion, coordinating consultants, contractors and internal teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction or capital works projects from initiation to completion (RIBA Stages 0-7).
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from feasibility through to completion, coordinating consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
• Contribute to the Roehampton Restored programme and shape the Richmond Park flagship project under the Senior Project Manager.
• Develop extensive knowledge and expertise in delivering construction projects within historic landscapes.
