Job summary

Acumetis, based in Greater London, is seeking a Manager to lead Market Access and HEOR consulting projects, overseeing cross-functional teams and maintaining senior-level client relationships across pricing, evidence, and access environments. You will own programmes from planning through delivery, ensuring quality and alignment with client needs while developing staff and progressing toward Senior Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in a health-related, analytical, or numerical field (Health Economics, Life Sciences, etc.).
• Experience delivering Market Access, HEOR, pricing and reimbursement work.
• Evidence synthesis, literature reviews, and data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full project scope across budget, timelines, team structure, risks, and client expectations.
• Lead client calls, workshops, and strategic meetings with clarity and authority.
• Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports; lead performance reviews and wellbeing support.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and opportunity identification.
