We are seeking a Helpdesk Operative to join us on a permanent basis at our Cirencester site. The role involves providing a first point of contact for sites, contractors, and clients in a fast-paced environment, and monitoring the successful running of the day-to-day operations of the account.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Answering calls from sites, clients, and contractors
  • Raising jobs on an internal computer system
  • Monitoring work orders from logging to completion
  • Liaising with contractors for updates
  • Uploading costs on the system and chasing approval
  • Monitoring planned maintenance and checking certificates
  • Responding to queries from various email inboxes
  • Running and sending reports
  • Managing contractor payment approvals
  • Invoice validation
  • Performing any other ad hoc duties as advised by Line Manager
What We're Looking For

You should be confident, self-motivated, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

The desirable qualifications and skills include:

  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Professional telephone manner and clear communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
