Job summary

Atlas Workplace Services in Milton Keynes is hiring a Helpdesk Advisor to join our friendly team. You’ll handle inbound calls and emails, log and manage service requests, and liaise with engineers and internal teams to keep customers updated.

You’ll bring strong communication, a genuine passion for helping others, and a can-do attitude. We offer 26,500 per year, free on-site parking, 25 days holiday, a pension, training, and clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in similar customer-facing role
• Understanding of Help Desk operation
• Customer Service skills
• Keyboard skills
• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
• Level 3 NVQ in relevant subject
