Job summary

Babcock in Gloucestershire is recruiting an Aircraft Maintenance Production Planner to support Base Maintenance for the Airbus EC135 and H145 helicopter fleet. You’ll coordinate CAMO, Engineering, Stores, Logistics and Operations to ensure maintenance work is fully planned and resourced for execution, keeping aircraft available for UK HEMS and Police missions.

Ideal candidates will have aircraft maintenance planning experience and familiarity with RAMCO, AMOS or Rusada, plus an aviation or

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance planning or maintenance coordination.
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and engineering resource planning.
• Experience preparing and controlling maintenance work packages.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using aviation maintenance management software such as RAMCO, AMOS, Rusada or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance plans for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities.
• Convert CAMO maintenance requirements into executable maintenance work packages.
• Coordinate manpower, tooling, facilities, materials and specialist resources required for maintenance inputs.
• Monitor maintenance progress and support recovery planning where schedules are at risk.
• Coordinate the embodiment of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Repairs and Modifications.
• Work closely with CAMO, Stores, Logistics, Operations and Maintenance Delivery teams to optimise aircraft availability.
