Job summary

Derivia Intelligence is seeking a Solutions Director, Hedge Funds to lead growth across SRP, GC and FOW brands. You will drive new business subscriptions revenue and manage renewals for hedge fund clients with a strong focus on strategic planning and market leadership.

You will collaborate with product and senior stakeholders to expand our hedge fund offerings, train sales teams, and optimize CRM and forecasting processes while maintaining a high standard of client engagement and results.

Qualifications

• Exceptional commercial acumen and sales skills are required.
• Experience selling complex solutions into financial institutions globally.
• Expertise with Salesforce as an individual contributor.
• Outstanding pipeline management and forecasting abilities.
• Knowledge of BANT or similar B2B sales methodologies.
• 5–15 years in financial markets sales, fintech, enterprise software, or workflow tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new subscriptions revenue against targets in a scalable way.
• Lead market/product training for sales reps selling to hedge funds.
• Meet annual sales targets for new business and renewals.
• Align team objectives with business goals via planning and forecasting.
• Identify client needs and drive opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with product leads on commercial strategy for GC Greeks launch.
• Grow hedge fund client book and upsell to new products.
• Manage hedge fund renewals across SRP, SRP Greeks and GC.
• Participate in commercial leadership meetings and calls.
• Improve hedge fund sales collateral effectiveness.
• Provide robust pipeline and forecasting reports for hedge funds.
• Lead communications with customers and internal teams on product development.
• Drive CRM adoption and data accuracy across teams.
