Job summary

Marble Talent Group Ltd is recruiting an experienced Service Engineer to join a well-established team in Cannock. This workshop-based role will involve some travel to attend breakdowns in the local area.

You will service, maintain and repair heavy plant equipment, diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults, and prepare equipment for hire. You will also complete paperwork promptly and attend customer sites for breakdown repairs when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Heavy Plant Engineer, Service Engineer or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Must be based within 30 minutes of Cannock.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of heavy plant equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
• Prepare equipment to a high standard for hire.
• Complete all service paperwork accurately and on time.
• Attend customer sites to carry out breakdown repairs when required.
