Job summary

NEOS Engineering is seeking a Heavy Plant Field Service Engineer to cover the West Midlands from Stourbridge. You will service, maintain and repair heavy plant machinery, diagnosing hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults, and attend customer breakdowns across the region.

• Previous experience as Heavy Plant, Construction Equipment or Agricultural Engineer.
• Strong diagnostic skills across hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience working on excavators, dumpers, loading shovels, telehandlers or similar equipment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• A positive attitude with excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

£18.00 - £20.00 per hour + Company Van + Overtime (OTE £60,000+) + Pension

NEOS Engineering are currently working with a well-established and highly respected heavy plant business who are looking to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their growing team covering the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working on a wide variety of heavy plant machinery, with plenty of overtime available, excellent support and genuine long-term career prospects.

The Role

• Service, maintenance and repair of heavy plant and construction machinery
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults

The Candidate

• Previous experience working as a Heavy Plant, Construction Equipment or Agricultural Engineer

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plant Maintenance (or equivalent) is desirable
