NEOS Engineering is seeking a Heavy Plant Engineer to join our field service team based from Sittingbourne depot, covering Kent and surrounding areas. You will service, maintain, diagnose faults and repair a wide range of heavy plant machinery in customer sites.
You’ll spend most time in the field with depot support behind you. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding experience and can work independently while building strong customer relationships.

NEOS Engineering are recruiting for a Heavy Plant Engineer to join a well-established and growing Plant Hire business based from their Sittingbourne depot.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Heavy Plant Engineer who wants to join a busy, established depot with a strong engineering team and a large fleet of plant and construction machinery.
Based from the Sittingbourne depot, you’ll be responsible for supporting customers throughout Kent and the surrounding area, carrying out servicing, maintenance, breakdowns and repairs on a wide variety of heavy plant equipment. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the field, but will have the support, parts and engineering resources of the depot behind you.
We’re looking for a Heavy Plant Engineer with strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding experience. You could currently be working as a Heavy Plant Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Mobile Plant Fitter, Plant Mechanic or Service Engineer within Plant Hire, Construction Equipment, Agricultural Machinery or a similar industry.
You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, diagnosing faults and getting machines back into service quickly while maintaining a good relationship with customers.
