R B Poolman is seeking an experienced Heating Surveyor to join their expanding heating and renewables division. You will conduct on-site surveys, assess customer requirements and develop technical solutions across boilers, radiators, hot water systems and renewable heating.

The role collaborates with office teams and engineers to ensure surveys are accurate, specifications ready for installation, and you will help foster growth in renewables while maintaining high standards of workmanship and

Qualifications

• Previous technical experience in plumbing and heating.
• Strong understanding of domestic heating systems and components.
• Ability to assess installations and solve technical problems.
• Good communication skills and professional customer interactions.
• Willingness to develop knowledge of renewable technologies.

Responsabilités

• Carry out detailed site surveys for plumbing and heating installations.
• Assess existing heating systems and recommend upgrades.
• Survey and specify installations including boilers, radiators, hot water systems.
• Support the design and specification of renewable heating solutions, including heat pumps.
• Prepare accurate survey reports, job specifications and installation requirements.
• Identify potential challenges on site and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Liaise with customers, engineers, suppliers and the wider office team.
• Help maintain high standards of workmanship, customer service and technical compliance.
