Effective Recruitment Solutions Ltd are seeking an experienced Plumber (Heating) to join a growing facilities management team, covering Taunton and surrounding areas. You will work on domestic heating and plumbing tasks in occupied homes, with travel within the region and overtime opportunities.

You’ll be part of a supportive engineering team, with training in renewables including Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP). A full UK driving licence is required and company benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within domestic plumbing and heating.
• Experience carrying out radiator replacements and working on wet central heating systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own workload.

Responsibilities

• Carry out radiator replacements and heating system upgrades.
• Assist with domestic boiler installations.
• Replace hot water cylinders.
• Complete central heating wet works.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing faults relating to heating systems.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of workmanship and customer service.
• Accurately record completed work using a PDA/mobile device.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current regulations and company procedures.
