Are you a HVAC Specialist with hands-on expertise of fault diagnosis across a range of ASHPs?

How You Can Play Your Part:

As a Helpdesk Engineer, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to resolve a variety of customer queries, translating their concerns into effective troubleshooting strategies.

You Will Be:

  • Acting as the point of escalation to resolve installation and/or service enquiries, you’ll know the right questions to ask in order to reach a conclusive diagnosis.
  • Competent with electrical schematics and problem solving in a fast paced-environment.
  • Building strong relationships and trust with customers through excellent communication.
  • Customer service centric – upholding the most professional, personable demeanour throughout to deliver service excellence.

About You:

You are technically astute, with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues across a range of ASHPs; specific Daikin Altherma experience would be highly advantageous. You possess:

  • City & Guilds in Heating & Ventilation L2 or equivalent experience
  • F-gas (2079) qualified, with adept experience handling refrigerants.
  • G3 unvented cylinders / hot water systems
  • Your passion for mastering all technical issues has meant you’ve been a point of escalation to resolve breakdowns and reactive service call-outs.

Purpose: Your opportunity to demonstrate your technical knowledge and expertise, by answering some in-depth technical questions relevant to the role.
