Heating Engineer – Renewable Energy Surveyor

Location: Poole – covering Dorset

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Commission (£80k+ OTE) + Vehicle

Are you an experienced Heating Engineer looking to move away from the tools?

Would you like to be fully trained as a Renewable Energy Surveyor and earn a lucrative commission package?

The ideal candidate will have a plumbing and heating background and be ready to step away from hands-on work without the stress of managing others.

In this role, you will manage projects from initial consultation to installation, conducting detailed surveys, measurements, and energy assessments.

There is genuine earning potential of £80k+ in your first full year. You will work alongside the sales team, receiving warm, qualified leads, and will not be required to cold-call or door-knock.
