Salary: £38,000 with Van and Fuel Card + overtime/call out
Job Type: Permanent

Daniel Owen is seeking an experienced Heating Engineer to join a reputable building services company on a North London contract.

There are both MOBILE and STATIC roles available! Van and fuel card are only provided for the mobile position.

• Install, maintain, and repair pipes and fixtures (e.g., radiators, cylinders, and 3 port valves)
• Diagnose faults and replace central heating components in properties served by communal systems
• Follow relevant technical standards, drawings, and plans to carry out maintenance and improvements effectively
• Provide professional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and representing the company
• Record inspections and report faults according to company, client, and regulatory guidelines
• Complete necessary paperwork to a high standard
• Carry out works promptly, meeting customer and contract expectations
• Work safely, complying with current Health & Safety legislation
• Hold NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating
• Demonstrate excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with the ability to carry out repairs and replacements
• Have at least 5 years of experience installing, maintaining, and repairing heating systems within multi-occupancy dwellings
• Experience with HIU (ideal but not essential)
• Be competent in draining, refilling, and repairing heating systems, radiators, and associated valves
• Safely isolate and repair wet heating systems and controls
