Job summary

Trinity Fire & Security Systems is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality commissioning and technical support at Heathrow Airport. You will commission Gent Honeywell systems, ensure compliance, reliability and exceptional customer service.

Site-based role with night shifts (9pm–5:30am) and the opportunity for ongoing industry training. We offer a competitive package including night shift uplift, paid overtime, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience commissioning fire alarm systems. Gent highly desirable.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant British Standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong technical understanding with a focus on electrical safety (ECA or equivalent desirable).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned commissioning of Gent Honeywell systems.
• Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant solutions.
• Provide professional technical advice and updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and company procedures.
