Job summary

Trinity Fire & Security Systems Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to commission Gent/Honeywell systems at Heathrow Airport and provide high‑quality technical support. The role focuses on compliance, reliability and exceptional customer service in a site-based environment.

You will be supported by coordinators and specialists to maintain engineering standards and deliver outstanding service at one of the UK\'s premier sites.

Qualifications

Proven experience commissioning fire alarm systems. Gent highly desirable.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Good knowledge of relevant British Standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Deliver planned commissioning of Gent/Honeywell systems.
Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant solutions.
Provide professional technical advice and updates to customers.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and company procedures.
