Job summary

Trinity Fire & Security Systems is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer to service Gent Honeywell systems at Heathrow Airport, delivering high-quality maintenance and customer service while working a night shift pattern.

You will carry out planned servicing, fault diagnosis, and provide updates to customers, with access to ongoing training and career development in a site-based role at one of the UK's busiest airports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant British Standards.

Location: Heathrow Airport

Shift Pattern: 9pm – 5:30am (Monday - Friday)

On-Target Earnings: Up to £60,000 (inclusive of guaranteed night shift uplift, overtime opportunity)

Trinity Fire & Security Systems is looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality service, maintenance and technical support to the UK’s biggest airport.

You will service and maintain Honeywell Gent systems, ensuring compliance, reliability and exceptional customer service. You'll be supported by dedicated Coordinators and Technical Specialists, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding engineering standards.

About You

We're looking for a technically capable and customer-focused engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

• Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems. Gent highly desirable.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant British Standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong technical understanding with a focus on electrical safety (ECA or equivalent desirable).
• Full UK driving licence.
