Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Installation Project Manager in Barnstaple, Devon, to lead heat pump installation projects across the South West. You will split time between office and site, managing delivery from start to finish with a focus on safety, quality and on-time completion.

The role offers full heat pump training and tickets (SMSTS/IPAS), plus development opportunities and long-term progression within a family-run, growing specialist installer.

Qualifications

• HVAC background and PM experience.
• CDM knowledge and safe delivery focus.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage heat pump installation projects across the South West (Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Bristol).
• Office-and-site hybrid role supporting the Technical Director and installation team.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget with quality standards.
• Projects across domestic and small commercial sites (£5k–£125k).
• Training on heat pumps will be provided.
