Job summary

GLR ENERGY LTD is seeking an experienced installer to fit air source heat pumps, cylinders, radiators and related pipework across the North West England and North Wales region.

You will work from designs and manufacturer instructions, verify on-site requirements, and complete commissioning while ensuring customers are comfortable with their new heating and controls. You will collaborate with electricians and other engineers to keep jobs organized and tidy.

Qualifications

• Experience installing heat pumps and domestic heating systems.
• Knowledge of low temperature heating and system layouts.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across North West England and North Wales.
• Heat pump training and unvented hot water qualification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install air source heat pumps, cylinders, radiators and associated pipework.
• Work from system designs and manufacturer instructions; check site requirements.
• Flush, pressure test, balance and commission systems.
• Complete installation records and handover; ensure customer comfort.
• Work with electricians and engineers; keep jobs organized and tidy.
