Job summary

Valoris Group is recruiting four experienced domestic plumbing and heating engineers for a growing renewable heating company. This national field-based role reports to Farnham and involves installing air source heat pump systems across the UK.

Applicants must have substantial domestic plumbing and heating experience, with Gas Safe or G3 qualifications preferred. A company vehicle may be provided; heat-pump training can be offered after joining.

Qualifications

• We require two installers with Gas Safe qualifications.
• We require two installers with a current G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification.
• Candidates holding both qualifications are particularly desirable.
• Not entry-level; must be competent engineers in a two-person team.
• Heat-pump training can be provided; strong domestic heating experience required.

Responsibilities

• Installing complete air source heat pump systems.
• Installing and commissioning unvented cylinders.
• Installing copper pipework, radiators, pumps, valves and controls.
• Completing heating-system upgrades and alterations.
• Reading surveys, drawings and installation specifications.
• Pressure testing, flushing, filling and commissioning systems.
• Identifying installation, design or material issues.
• Completing photographs, checklists and commissioning records.
• Providing customers with a professional system handover.
• Supporting remedial and servicing work when required.
