Job summary

Proman is seeking Heat Pump Installers to operate in the Oxford area, working in teams of two to install air source heat pump units on sites. This temporary role runs until March 2027, with pay of £24 per hour PAYE.

You will hold a plumbing qualification, Water Regulations certification, and an Unvented G3 Cylinder certificate, plus your own vehicle and tools. The job focuses on safe, compliant installations delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Install air source heat pump systems safely and efficiently, meeting installation deadlines and delivering a high-quality finish.
• Provide a professional, respectful service to clients and their customers, responding effectively to challenges on site.
• Complete all work in accordance with company procedures, MCS requirements, Building Regulations and relevant codes of practice.
• Ensure all equipment is calibrated and in good working order.
• Carry out other duties as directed by a senior manager or their nominated representative.
• Keep up to date with legislation and codes of practice relevant to your trade.
• Report variations to planned work and keep the administration team informed of changes to site requirements.
• Work closely with engineers and colleagues to meet targets, coordinating electrical and building works for each installation.
• Complete safety certificates, job sheets and any other reports or records required for the work.

Are you a qualified plumbing professional with heat pump installation skills? We are looking for a Heat Pump Installers, working in teams of two, to install air source heat pump (ASHP) units on sites in the Oxford area. This temporary role pays £24 per hour PAYE and runs initially until March 2027
