Job summary

Proman is seeking qualified Heat Pump Installers to join on-site teams across Cirencester/Cotswolds/Oxfordshire. The contract is temporary, progressing until March 2027, with pay at £24 per hour PAYE.

Responsibilities include installing air source heat pumps safely, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and MCS standards. You will work in pairs, provide professional client service, maintain equipment, and complete all required safety certificates and

Qualifications

Qualified plumbing professional with relevant certification.
Water Regulations certification required.
Unvented G3 Cylinder certificate required.
Must own vehicle and basic tools.

Responsibilities

Install air source heat pump systems safely and efficiently on site.
Work in pairs to meet installation deadlines and quality standards.
Adhere to company procedures, MCS requirements, Building Regulations and codes of practice.
Ensure all equipment is calibrated and maintained.
Complete safety certificates, job sheets and records for each install.
Coordinate electrical and building works to achieve targets.
Report any variations to planned work to the administration team.
Stay updated on relevant legislation and codes of practice.
Collaborate with engineers and colleagues on site.
