Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Junior Renewable Heating Engineer to join a rapidly growing renewables installer. Based in Reading with travel to Oxford and surrounding areas, you will install, service and maintain Air Source Heat Pump systems for domestic and commercial properties, supported by manufacturer training and ongoing technical development.

The role offers a clear progression path into Heat Pump design, commissioning, or technical leadership as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Background in Plumbing & Heating with 1–2+ years of industry experience.
• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing & Heating or equivalent qualification.
• Interest in renewable energy and developing Heat Pump knowledge.
• Willing to cover Reading, Oxford and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain Air Source Heat Pump systems.
• Receive training and ongoing technical development.
• Field-based role covering Reading, Oxford and surrounding areas.
• Opportunities for progression into design, commissioning or management.
