Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services is seeking an experienced Heat Pump Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair ASHP/GSHP and associated hot water systems across domestic installations in the RG postcode areas. You will diagnose faults, test system performance and complete service records in occupied homes, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes independent work, high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service for households across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) and hot water systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works to restore systems to full operation.
• Test, commission and optimise system performance.
• Complete service records and job documentation accurately.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with industry regulations and manufacturer standards.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service in occupied homes.

We're looking for a Heat Pump Service Engineer to join our growing team, carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across domestic renewable heating systems throughout the RG postcode areas.
