Job summary

Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions LTD is seeking a reliable Heat Treatment Operator for a busy Birmingham operation (B11). The role involves operating heat treatment equipment, loading/unloading materials, and ensuring safe handling and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours are 10:00am-7:00pm on a day shift. You will monitor processes, perform quality checks, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and contribute to meeting daily production targets as part of a collaborative

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable.
• Experience operating industrial machinery or heat treatment equipment is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and a safety-conscious approach.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
