Job summary

Westminster City Council is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Pimlico District Heating Undertaking (PDHU) programme. The role focuses on delivering major heat network projects across multiple sites, balancing technical delivery with affordability and value for money.

You will support the Head of Programme, coordinate governance across workstreams, manage risks, and engage with residents, businesses and advisers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Experience in public sector or political environment is preferred.
• Strong governance, accountability and stakeholder management.
• Ability to plan, monitor milestones and manage budgets.
