We are currently recruiting for a HEART Team Manager to take the lead role in managing the operational delivery of the Home Environment Assessment and Response Team (HEART).

As HEART Team Manager you will help shape an innovative, customer focused aids and adaptations service. You will be responsible for multiple teams of Housing Assessment and Occupational Therapists working across six partner authorities making up the HEART Service and help initiate policy and service development.

You will be a forward thinking, dynamic manager and work in conjunction with the Head of Home Environment Services and Directors as necessary. You will be accountable for delivering, reviewing and reporting service standards, quality and performance targets for the Housing Assessment Teams and Occupational Therapy Teams and be capable of delivering for a partnership to achieve collective goals.

A key requirement is to maintain links with relevant external organisations and present a positive image of the service to ensure HEART achieves excellence in its service to customers.

You should have excellent leadership, communication and people management skills and have experience of working within a relevant subject area.
