Job summary

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with wide cardiology experience, especially Heart Failure, to join the Heart Failure Team. You will work autonomously, provide non-medical prescribing, and contribute to education, leadership, and research.

Qualifications

Registered nurse with ANP qualification and specialised heart failure experience.
Experience in cardiology and leadership within multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work autonomously and provide non-medical prescribing.

Responsibilities

Assess patients with heart failure and undifferentiated problems.
Lead on triage, diagnosis and management of heart failure.
Collaborate with Heart Failure Team across acute and community settings.
