Job summary

Audika GB is seeking a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC qualified) for the South London area, based in Bexleyheath with field work across Croydon, Bromley and Bexleyheath. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility for business needs.

Salary starts at £40,000 plus uncapped commission and potential bonuses. A car allowance is available (£5,328+) or company car if preferred, plus private health insurance after probation, 25 days leave plus holidays, and staff

Qualifications

• HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics.
• Proficient in completing audiograms and customer records.
• Adherence to company working practices and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell hearing solutions within HCPC guidelines.
• Complete audiograms and customer records on the CMS system accurately.
• Adhere to standard consultation procedures and company practices.
• Provide premium after-sales service by addressing service calls promptly and professionally.
• Keep knowledge up to date with HCPC CPD requirements.
