Job summary

Chime Housing, based in the United Kingdom, is recruiting a Multi-Trade Operative (Healthy Homes) to join the Healthy Homes Team. You will carry out a range of repairs in customers’ homes, with a primary focus on damp and mould treatment and prevention, helping address HHSRS hazards and improve living conditions.

This hands-on role requires strong problem-solving, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, right-first-time repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs and maintenance with damp/mould remediation.
• Understanding damp/mould causes and treatments.
• Full UK driving licence and trade qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of repairs and remedial works.
• Focus on damp and mould treatment and prevention.
