Places for People Group is a social enterprise dedicated to thriving communities. Places Leisure delivers active places and healthy living options across the UK, supporting health through inclusive programmes.

We are recruiting to set up and manage Healthy Communities projects across a local area, delivering sessions like gym-based classes, falls prevention, and Exercise Referral, with safeguarding and data protection at the core.

Qualifications

• Qualified instructor to deliver sessions independently (Gym Level 3 or NGB Level 2+).
• Experience planning, delivering and monitoring sessions.
• Passion for improving local community health.
• Ability to use MS tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage sustainable Healthy Communities projects that deliver measurable impact.
• Complete monitoring and evaluation per data protection protocols.
• Deliver specific Healthy Community programmes (e.g., Exercise Referral, gym-based classes, falls prevention) as discussed with line manager.
