Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product delivery role.
• Strong backlog management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.
• Experience using lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence working in complex and fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and prioritise features with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into high-quality user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Understand customer needs and business priorities to shape product direction.
• Support release planning and define key product features.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and set sprint goals.
• Monitor delivery against release plans and adjust as needed.
• Support customer engagements, demos, and show-and-tell sessions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges and communicate them.
• Contribute to go-to-market and launch activities.
• Develop deep product and domain expertise.
