Job summary

We are looking for a Healthier Slough Engagement and Delivery Officer. We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, highly skilled, enthusiastic healthcare professional to join our Healthier Slough team with a passion for innovation and a strong approach to teamwork to deliver integrated services across Slough.

Main duties of the job

The purpose of this role is to promote and support the delivery of the Integrated Health and Wellbeing Service (IHWS) by:

  • Delivering lifestyle behaviour change interventions to residents.
  • Leading targeted engagement and outreach activities to reduce health inequalities among Slough’s priority groups.
  • Participating in promotional events throughout Slough.

The successful candidate must have a clean driving licence and be willing to travel around Slough.
