Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Transformation Service Manager to support delivery of transformation programmes, service improvements and cost improvement initiatives. You will provide expert project management, lead complex workstreams and coordinate stakeholders across the Directorate to improve performance and financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent management experience.
• PM qualification such as PRINCE2 or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Leadership / management development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transformation projects in line with priorities.
• Support development, implementation and monitoring of Cost Improvement Programmes (CIPs).
• Develop project plans, business cases, reports, presentations and other supporting documentation.
• Coordinate project governance and prepare papers for steering groups and governance meetings.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Analyse complex information to support service improvement and decision-making.
• Collaborate with clinicians, operational teams, patients and external partners to deliver projects.
• Present updates to senior managers and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve quality, productivity and patient experience.

Education

Degree level qualification or equivalent management experience

PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification
