Position

An opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Support Worker at Ayrshire Central Hospital.

What you will do:

As part of the School Immunisation team you will assist with various duties, setting up equipment prior to session commencing. As well as supporting the children before and after vaccination. Stock monitoring of the equipment bags at the end. You will support the delivery of the Flu Immunisation Programmes, within Primary Schools throughout the 3 localities within Ayrshire, working under direct supervision of the band 5 staff immunisation nurses.

Hours:

Between 20 and 37.5 hours per week

This is a fixed term contract from 15^th September 25 – 28^th November 25.

Monday – Friday 0900-1300 or 0900-1500 dependent on School size. Annual leave week 13^th-17^th October.

UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership:

UK driving licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.
