Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker in Cardiology to join our team in Cambridge. This permanent, full-time role follows the Agenda for Change pay scale (Band 3) with a salary between £25,272 and £27,476 per year.

You can make such a positive impact and difference on a patient and the care they receive. We know the work we do is rewarding but tough. We have an extensive support system in place for staff support who can offer 24 hour support and guidance to help you look after yourself whilst caring for others.
Whilst you may have experience in a care or hospital setting you may not have completed your Care Certificate, which is essential for this role. If so we would still like you to apply and if offered a post you will be employed initially on a band 2 salary, pay step 1 but on completion of the Care Certificate (generally within 12-16 weeks) you would move to the Band 3 salary, pay step 1
