About Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke

Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke provides care and support for men and women with mental health needs, including emergency admissions, rehabilitation pathways and specialist support for individuals with complex mental health presentations. Set within more than 16 acres of landscaped grounds and overlooking the Bristol Channel, our peaceful beachside location helps us provide a calm, therapeutic and recovery-focused environment. About the Role

This role involves working 12-hour shifts, with a mixture of day and night shifts. Salary: £13.45 per hour, rising to £13.89 after 18 months of service As a Care & Support Worker, you will support service users with their day-to-day needs, emotional wellbeing and recovery journey. You will work closely with nurses, therapists and wider clinical teams to provide consistent, compassionate and safe support.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
