Street, Somerset (BA16) is recruiting a compassionate Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities build confidence and independence. You’ll work across day/evening shifts in our 24/7 services, forming trusting relationships and supporting community participation.

Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hrs/wk) or Part-Time (flexible hours)

About the Role

We are seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Street, Somerset (BA16). In this role, you’ll support individuals with learning disabilities in building confidence, developing independence, and actively engaging with their local community.
