Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is recruiting Senior Health Care Assistants to provide high-quality care in patients' homes across East, North, and West Hubs. The role requires independence, reliability, and willingness to travel to different sites as part of a busy community nurse team.

This is a community post and you will work independently in patients' homes. It is essential that you the ability to transport yourself and equipment across the locality during the course of a normal working day. Travel expenses will be covered by expenses and parking at our community sites is free for clinical staff. We require staff to cross cover for other teams and potentially travel to work from other sites. We currently have positions available in the East Hub which would be the successful candidate's main base. The successful candidate will be required to work over a 7 day period, and will work as an integral part of a busy forward thinking and innovative Community Nurse Team.
