Crooton ltd in Saundersfoot is seeking compassionate Female Support Care Workers to join our supported living service. You will help three gentlemen live independently, participate in community activities, and receive full training from day one.

Permanent contracts with guaranteed hours and a stable rota will support your career growth. Excellent pay at £12.60 per hour plus a sleep-in allowance of £63.70 per sleep-in, with Rotas issued 4+ weeks in advance and ongoing development opportunities in

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; full training provided.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and overnight sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

• Daily living support: help with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting.
