What You’ll Do

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in:

• Promoting independence: Supporting people to set and achieve personal goals, and build self-confidence.
• Daily activities & engagement: Helping individuals participate in social, leisure, work-related, and community-based activities.
• Personalised care: Providing respectful, tailored emotional and physical support based on each person’s unique needs.
• Everyday life skills: Assisting with planning and managing day-to-day tasks to encourage independent living.
• Creative support: Using innovative approaches to encourage learning and skill-building.
