Job summary

AA Euro Healthcare is seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our team in Hailsham as agency relief Support Workers. You will provide essential care and support to clients on behalf of one of the UK's largest social care charities.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care certificate, 1 year of relevant experience, and up-to-date Medicines Administration and Safety Intervention training.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience with adults with physical and intellectual disabilities.
• Medicines Administration training up to date.
• Safety Intervention training up to date.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior.
• Implement behavior management techniques as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
