AA Euro Healthcare is seeking experienced agency relief Support Workers to serve clients in Amersham. You will provide personalised care and assist with daily living activities to optimise wellbeing, helping residents lead fulfilling lives.

The role includes administering medications as scheduled, following care plans, and ensuring residents feel respected, with dignity and independence maintained. You will be encouraged to engage residents in social activities and collaborate with teammates.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care Certificate required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with adults with physical and intellectual disabilities.
• Medicines administration training up to date.
• Safety intervention training up to date.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.

We are seeking agency relief Support Workers for our well established clients based in Amersham. The suitable candidate will be working to:

Provide their residents with individualised support with their personal care and wider aspects of daily living, in line with their agreed care plan, to optimise wellbeing, and ensure they lead as fulfilling lives as possible.

Requirements for this role to include:

• Minimum Requirement of NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care certificate
• One years' experience of working with adults with physical & intellectual disability.
• Up to date Medicines Administration training
• Up to date Safety Intervention training
• Ability to work as part of a Team or Independently
