Ashford and St. Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Ashford is seeking a Senior Healthcare Support Worker to deliver direct patient-centred care and support Registered Nurses in a busy hospital environment.
The role includes monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene, mobility and nutrition, and providing one-to-one support for high-risk patients. It also involves training junior staff, infection prevention, safeguarding, and working flexibly across shifts.
