Rotherham Hospice in Rotherham is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker Manager to lead the Healthcare Support Workers and ensure compassionate, high-quality care across either the Inpatient Unit or Hospice at Home service.

You will set expectations, conduct monthly one-to-one meetings, manage attendance and performance, and support staff with development while maintaining safe, compliant care for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in line management of Healthcare Support Workers.
• Experience with quality, safety and clinical governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support for Healthcare Support Workers within the service.
• Coordinate priorities and ensure staff understand responsibilities and seek help when needed.
• Promote safe and effective practice, adherence to care plans, and incident reporting.
