The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a defendant Healthcare Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked national law firm's team in London, which has one of the best niche clinical negligence teams in the country.

In this role, you will handle a challenging but fulfilling caseload of defendant clinical negligence work, acting for a variety of clients in the private sector.

You will work as part of an experienced team providing high-quality legal services on complex matters. There may also be opportunities to get involved with professional identity, healthcare inquest, and advisory work.

Requirements

• Ideally, you will be a qualified Solicitor (2-10 PQE) with Clinical Negligence experience (Defendant or Claimant).
• If you don't have Clinical Negligence experience, applications are welcome from those with a background in Catastrophic Personal Injury (Defendant or Claimant).

Salary & Benefits

Salary is very competitive with an industry-leading benefits package.

NQ salaries start at £50,000. The maximum salary for the role is £80,000.
