Job summary

MTR Partnership is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead internal works on a healthcare construction project at Catterick Garrison. This is a high-profile scheme delivering critical healthcare infrastructure and requires strong leadership on site.

You will manage site operations, coordinate multiple subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and drive programme delivery in line with project timelines. SMSTS, CSCS Black, First Aid and SC clearance are required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing internal works packages
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Manage programme delivery and monitor progress against project timelines
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
• Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks and progress reporting
• Manage logistics, materials and site resources effectively
